Qualifications and Responsibilities

Our qualification requirements for employment include the following, at minimum:

​

• All candidates MUST have a current valid SIA Security Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence.

• 5 year trackable history with recent criminal record check (CRB/DBS).

• Ability to work with high value clients and V.I.P’s.

• To be able to represent luxury brands and venues.

• Extensive experience in customer service is essential.

• English must be at an excellent level.

• High standard of personal grooming is essential.

• Security experience within a 5 star Hotel environment is preferred.

• A keen eye, observing the behaviour of patrons in the venue and maintaining the venues code of practice, ensuring licensing laws are upheld to prevent any criminal offenses occurring within the venue.

• Conduct, by dealing appropriately and safely with those who are causing offense and potential danger or risk to themselves or others.
